We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for digital products purchased from Durva Group.

  • Refund Eligibility: To receive a refund, you must submit your request within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • No Refunds After 30 Days: Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Agency Services – No Refund Policy

All sales for agency services are final. Due to the bespoke and resource-intensive nature of our digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and deliverables:

  • Once services have commenced, payments are non-refundable.

  • Services involve significant time, expertise, and are tailored to your business—outcomes may be influenced by factors beyond our control (such as market dynamics, competition, or ad performance).

3. Cancellations (Agency Services Only)

If you wish to cancel your agency services:

  • Notice Required: We require a 30-day written notice to cancel your services. Please notify your designated account manager or campaign leader with your request.

  • Ongoing Work: Any scheduled work during the 30-day notice period will be completed as per your contract. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services within this period.

4. Payment & Currency

  • All prices and payments are quoted in USD $, unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by payment providers or financial institutions.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email or secured account access shortly after purchase.

  • Agency Services: Provided in defined project phases, timelines may vary based on project scope and prompt client feedback.
